Replacement Policy (No Refund)

At Kingvelly.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a 7-day replacement policy exclusively for orders with a size mismatch.
Please note: We do not offer any refunds.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Replacements are only applicable if the size you received is different from what you ordered.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at seasonfashion2021@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the size tag of the received product.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the correct size will be shipped to you.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Replacements are not applicable for reasons other than size mismatch (such as color preference, style, or change of mind).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
