Replacement Policy (No Refund)
At Kingvelly.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a 7-day replacement policy exclusively for orders with a size mismatch.
Please note: We do not offer any refunds.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- Replacements are only applicable if the size you received is different from what you ordered.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Email us at seasonfashion2021@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the size tag of the received product.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, the correct size will be shipped to you.
Important Notes:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Replacements are not applicable for reasons other than size mismatch (such as color preference, style, or change of mind).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
